Internal Laptop Modem Tracking?

I have an internal laptop modem and will plan to use dial up internet with it for creating and running an Amz account.

Was just wondering if I run another Amz account via a new VMware with the same internal modem if the modem can be tracked on identified again by Amz?

Or is it the case whereby Amz can not track the modem?

(No routers will be used at all and I will disable any network cards also)
