need help does using same name on deposit method get you linked
 

hello this will be my 5th or 6th account can you tell me what to do and i i am going to use a saving account with the same name as the other accounts to deposit and get my money will this work or not because last time i got banned for using a deposit method with a hsbc account which i had saving and debit card and i used the saving account because i have used the debit account

That would be your real name, correct? You could register the card on PayPal with any name but the address must match. If the card's registered address is that of your old account, it is therefore going to be useless and link you. So it depends on if the address of the card has been used before, to determine whether it could link you.

For the bank account, names/addresses do not matter, as HSBC will not share that with PayPal (as long as you don't let eBay take their fees from your bank account, pay for purchases with your bank account or let eBay/PayPal take funds for disputes from your bank account, when your PayPal balance is 0/insufficient to cover it). Just use your stealth details for withdrawals/deposits.

just wanted to point out it is for amazon hence why i put it in the amazon section
but i guess they are the same process
and i will use vcc for credit card just need a way to get the money

Damn, I didn't see the Amazon part, sorry. Most of my reply should still apply though (just ignore the eBay/PayPal references).

You can change the "registered name" for the card to a stealth one and it will still work, but the address is the most important part. If the card's address (presumably, your home address) has been used with a suspended account before, the card is useless as it will link you.

i think its because it was the saving account which has the same sort code as my bank account

Have used both Saving and Checking account on river with no problems.

Just mis spell your name, or if you are called David use Dave and surname Smith spell Sith. Banks only look at sort code and account number for deposit.

but i did change te name from thuvarakan Paramalingam to Thuv Aramalingam but got banned on my last account
just waiting to get my dongle which then i can finally open new account

so is it best to leave the paypal with some funds in it to ensure that IF there is a dispute, the funds will be taken from the paypal rather than the bank?

I don't think you could register with "just initials" for your bank account OR PayPal :S

Either way, I thought your PayPal name didn't have to match the one for the bank account, since PayPal doesn't see it. Under my real bank account with my real name, I can open as many savings accounts as I want - but all additional ones are by default under my real name. They all have different account #'s and transit #'s and that should be all you need.
