A new way that amazon bans account?
 

I have a question.

I have recently learnt that you can check an email senders ip address e.g if they send an email by hotmail you can check their ip or i think its the servers ip, sometiems both.

I have 2 questions:

1) can amazon link your account by checking ip address of emails sent from hotmail to amazon customers or amazon seller support?

2) do you know which major email service companies dont give out ip addresses? I know gmail gives out the ip.

Gmail does not give out IP. Welcome to the forums - best to begin searching forums - lot of interesting posts.

I would highly advice against using gmail to reply amaz on customers emails.

One of my stealth accounts was deleted very soon after I did it.

I could be wrong but this is the only reason I see.

but many people on the net, including the other responses on this forum are saying gmail doesnt give out the ip?
