can I use the same netgear network switch that I was using with one account for another? or they'll detect?

for ebay you can use the same switch, as far as amazon i have no idea. all that matters for ebay at this point is IP address

You should be able to use the same switch. All the switch does is route data and from my experience neither eBay nor amazon can track that. I have a switch in my network and it has never Caused me any issues.
