Opening another account while old one closed.
 

Question here, my account is suspended, ODR reasons, (2% vs 1%, kiss my ass), so I have to wait for money up to 90 days.


1. What is the general timeline to get your money, if it is ODR reasons - I've heard 30/60/90/never??

2. If I were to set up with Amazon Ghost, and they link, is my money going to be gone forever?

90 days really bites, is there any way to shorten this period? May be contacting the payments team instead of seller review?

I am unsure how it happend, as they asked to provide steps to remedy the situation, I did, and then 90 days. If I was told that I could just not provide anything and get 30, that would be a much better option.

Is this a first suspension for ODR? You may be able to appeal. If you give a really detailed plan, they may overturn the suspension and give you 90 day review period.

Yes, sorry I should have asked 1st or 2nd time? If its your first time with ODR az will give you a chance To appeal. The message may state you have 17 days to appeal. If so and you really take time to create a plan of action you should be good. Use the sample steps theygive you and make it right. You only get one chance. Definetely don't be negative. See other posts regarding this. Now if this happens again a second time, from my experience your done. I appealed a 2nd time and never got a response. My ODR was 1.21% for 3 days and they cut me. No other issues, in the green. Figure that one out?? Warning email on the 10th and on the 13th cut.

They deleted my account. I can't say I didn't deserve it, could have done some things better.

My plan was positive, blaming or displacing blame is silly when you are the one in the wrong.

Well, I hope next time I sell on amazon it will be through a business name/card/location.
