Please help us with our seller account Most ridiculous thing ever happend over amazon

We just started a seller account about 1 months ago. Everything went fine first. 5 days ago, we tried to log onto our account. We got refused owning to "unmatched account and passward". But the account and password were right, we were pretty sure of that.

Later we tried to locate our password through "forget password". After we did that, amazon showed that this emial was never registered. What's going on with all this?

Nothing we did violated amazon policy. Later we received notification of suspension of our account. Why did this happen? Even amazon suspended our account, should we have right to log onto amazon account? What about our money? Did amazon just took them away? This is absolutely ridiculous?

Your account has been DELETED. Amazon found something they did not like. Were you logging in using a VPN?

SOMETHING you did violated their terms of service.

I hate to tell you this, but you can pretty much forget about the money. You can call Amazon and email them, and they will always promise to have someone call you back, but then you do not hear from them. The only time I have heard of people getting their money back is when they hire an attorney to complain through their legal department.

Have people had this problem because of a VPN? Was it the sole reason for deletion?

How can we be sure when OP has said NOTHING about his method. VPN? Could be. Bad vcc? Maybe. Bad info? Could be. F*ke products? Possibly. List goes on.

What is VPN??

VPN is not the cause, I've logged in from VPN, Proxy, Tor etc and they have never cared.

I now know that Amazon don't care about IP addresses, unless of course they can link you.

I've logged into to Amazon from all.over the world with no problems.

The only thing I use VPN for is registering new Amz accounts from overseas. If you are registering an Amz account in New York for example then you should have a.New York IP, or US at very least.

Also I'm assuming this was an account with your real details, and not a Ghost account?

It's basically a way to log into the internet through another computer system.

Your PC ---> VPN ----> Internet.

Should the OP have used a service already blacklisted by AMAZON, this might have been a factor.

Info given by the OP is so vague it is not practical to give advice that is merely supposition.
