Can Amazon find my address that is attached to my LLC company?
 

I want to create a LLC company but when I go ahead and do that they ask me to put my business address, they say I can't use a P.O BOX address. So if I put my address that was attached to a suspended Amazon account, will that be a problem? Can they find my address using my LLC company name?

While I do not have direct experience, my feeling on these large companies is unlikely unless you commit big fraud and they have reason to make deep inquiries.

Same here, no experience in this but I would follow the same advise. I would think that any company can do the legwork to find out your address, but it would take time. And time is not something a large company would want to take unless you are in violation and probably a big one.

If you are going to create a LLC for the purpose of having a ghost account and the EIN registration, open a UPS mailbox and the address will read

113-157 Any Road
Any Town
Anywhere 12345

The 157 being the mail box,

Im sure they can, a simple search of public records brings up that info... no?

Gamefreak is right. All the info on LLC is the public record and can be easily founded. The question is AZ gonna look for it? :typing:

There are ways to hide that public info from the public, just ask your cpa/accountant

In the US each state has a Public Info site. Most states allow Free searches to find any Corp, LLC, etc...

If you truly want to HIDE your address then you will need an Agent of Record, such as a lawyer, cpa...

^^^^^^^^Roscoe above is Correct,,,HOWEVER, you MUST Understand the each State Publishes varying amouts of Information in reguards to corporate ownership, you MUST be VERY careful, some states simply verify that the Company in Question in Indeed a Licenced and recognized corporate Entity of that state, offering NO information at all as to that entities Ownership,,,Other States however will even publish what you ate for breakfast,,,so KNOW your State,,,Just try to find out the ownership of some random company located in your state to see first hand what it is they publish,,That is how you can REALLY Know

Depending on the the state your LLC is registered in your states database and is public information.
