Long answer short - No, they only see the info YOU gave them.

You should still listen to dancnbaby and read more though.

they can't see but when they make deposits (either to verify your account or to deposit the money) some info does get disclosed. I had trouble with AZ when the address' didn't match.
But that is just my experience (could be my bank too) let see what other members have to say.

[by the way, i am from uk and they never once asked me to verify any details an I have more than 1 account with genuine debit card with real address, I assumed that they can not see address]

Q1) Why you wouldnt recommend prepaid cards.

Q2) What would you reccomend as an alternative

Q1) If my amazon account is banned, and If i asked my bank to change the account number on my bank, and i make a new account with that account number but same sort code.

Can i still get banned because of sort code?

1. Prepaid not really recommended but if it works, make sure you keep a balance.
2. Alternative? Bank-backed credit card
3. Should to pass AVS system
4. No - you need to read more about banks too.

so does address on debit card i currently have on file with them, need to be registered with address i gave amazon when signing up?
