Do you get more chargebacks from amazon?
 

im new to amazon, and been really been pushing the past 3 weeks..ive notice alot of wired orders come through. one to a hotel, a few wierd names :\

i dunno, i guess i like the peice of mind of paypal and their "confirmed/verified" icons and then seeing that same info under the the buyers ebay account.

Chargebacks can happen but be more worried about A-to-Z claims if your items are not genuine quality.

An order to a hotel? That has happened for my items before - people can receive stuff at work.

What weird names are you seeing?

It's not a fail-safe though.

Be as careful as you can (obviously) and cover your back with tracking etc.

If buyers could be more pro-active with leaving feedback, that would help.

ppl like to have you ship to hotels as they are usually international customers who will be leaving soon...

in my 3 years on amazon ive had 3 chargebacks. 2 came in 1 month...

if you have tracking amazon usually eats the loss if its not a big one... ( at least in my experience )

I have shipped to hotels, cruise ships, and other odd places. I have about a couple chargebacks a year out of hundreds of thousands of shipments, and they tend to be the low priced items.
