UK SELLER - Best route back on Amazon UK? Stealth guide?

considering purchasing the suspension guide, but will it help UK seller get back on amazon UK?
Got banned 3 years ago after only selling about 5 items but supposedly not following through with the sales, although i did,
anyway need back on with a brand new business.
Any ideas?
