Accounts without Tax info finally getting suspended. Anyone else?
 

I noticed today that my accounts without Tax info still have active inventory but no longer does the inventory show up on Amazon and I received no orders starting today. The Sept 30th deadline came and went and I have been selling and getting disbursements no problem until today (10/25). So anyone else in this position and noticed their items are not showing up?

Havent gotten anything yet, you sure your account isnt under review or suspended?

my account was cut loose today....

I think people should put how long they owned it, with their sales totals, just so we can see a trend once the suspensions start rolling in.

I have few new accounts, one with a review result to put a rolling reserve. Now they ask to provide tax id - said this currently prevents you from conducting business... the listing is not showing up ( most listings are higher dollar ticket items. Received about $1500 from 3 orders in a month or so).
Few other accounts have similar status-Guess this will become a new limit to crack down the new seller accounts.
Have to look into the options to apply the tax id now!

this account was under30 sales 2 month account. was asked for tax id only because the were assuming I would hit 50 items. 600 dollars total made. The email was not a mandatory one. but I was not able to log in. strange thing. I received an a to z claim then 1 minute later it was granted to the buyer. sayng Item not received . I checked the tracking and the person received the item that morning. so it was a setup. I ca't log in so it ie useless.

3 months old account with no tax info about 150 a month in sales. Account already went through the first review and was fine and yesterday it's a gonner, can't even log in.

Because no tax info?

I can't think of anything else.

how much have everyone lost if they cant log in?

So if you provide the info, will that get the account back up and running or are you screwed now?

I had all my accounts temp suspended as of 3-4 days ago. I sold a lot on each up to that point this year and past. I entered a different EIN # on two of those accounts and was back up selling within 30 minutes.

Sounds like no one will be able to sell without the EIN number or SSN

Can anyone share the LLC or DBA experiences? I prepare to file a "ABC LLC" with my info, ABC is the name on Amazon, they will just check the EIN # match the name "ABC LLC", not going to dig out my name in it, right? I found our state self filing fees $125, it's adding quite some cost if the account fail...
Also will use the "ABC LLC" to file few more DBA as franchise, question-the DBA should be named as my other amazon store name or registered name?

You can have the LLC as any name, you just will need to put that name in the tax interview. Also they only check if the number is valid, so you should be good.

If you were selling phakes, then consider it gone.

Your account will be active again if you provide the tax id...

No phakes. All good and clean. I talked to customer service and they told me that I wold get an email within 24 hrs. Nothing yet.

Got an update?

Talked to customer service again and was told that will be contacted on monday, but we all know how it usually happens (no contact of any kind) lol
