Sending a replacement item.
 

Sorry if this subject has been opened but I have a few customers that got a defective item and since the item is very cheap I want them to keep the defective one and me send them a replacement one.

How do I print a new shipping label?

I know I can cancel the transaction and ask them to repurchase but I would like to go around that.... What I would do before is use Auctiva and just replace the ebay purchases with the amazon customers. Is there a way I can print shipping labels without having any purchases from ebay on auctiva?

AZ allows you to reprint their labels only 24 hours from the original printing. No work around it.

I do not wish to reprint the same shipping label, I wish to print a new shipping label

Paypal, and I guess you could just place a different address over the top if they are the same address.
