Poor selling performance & multiple account suspension
 

hi,
I've been using two legit seller accounts with the stealth measures. My cousin's and my personal acct.
I've been selling alot on both of them for the last 30 days. A little too much I would say since I wasn't able to keep up with all the orders on time. My late shipment rate went over 4% in the last 7 days so my account got suspended. Later that same day, my cousin logged in to my account without switching windows user account(for cookies) nor ip and got them link instantly.

I called amazon, and the rep told me to appeal to the suspension filling up both "Suspended for poor selling performance" and "Suspended for related account" fields explaining the cause of the late orders this week, and what was my plan to avoid it from happening again. Also telling them it's not me using multiple accounts, but my cousin with all his real info, who by ignorance logged into my account. So I appealed and will be getting a response tomorrow thursday by 4pm.

I have gained alot of feedback and am still at 100% in the last 30 days. Also before this week I had all my orders on time. I have 10k on hold and just want to know in your guys opinion if this account is gone? And if so, how long would it take for them to release these funds?

Az is pretty sick on their policies so I would not say your chances are good. All the best though - I hope I am wrong.

If you are not reinstated, expect 90 days to receive funds.

That is just straight sickening. I sold on amazon for a time, but I did not realize they had become this rediculous.

Sort of funny now I think about it. What I do is only buy on amazon, and lately I was pretty surprised how fast everyone shipped items.

Now I see why. I am a huge buyer on amazon (over 1000 items already).

Feel sorry for the sellers.

I see how much amazon makes them bend over and take it up the *#@#

As whenever I had a defective item, often they do not even ask to send it back and will just send a replacement free of charge (on shipping as well).

Not like the old days..
