not able to register vanilla prepaid visa and master card with name and address

I bought vanilla prepaid unloadable visa and master card.I tried to register with name and address,but not able to .They only register by zip code.But amazon ghost book said have to register with name and address.Is there anyone knows how to do this?

What do you mean you weren't able to?

Are you saying you were unable to register the Vanilla Card with a address?

Because with Vanilla cards, I think, you can ONLY register a zip code ...
