ODR Suspension, is it lost for good??

One of my accounts was suspended last week for the following:

"We took this action because your order defect rate (ODR) does not meet Amazon’s performance target of less than 1%. The ODR metric is based on A-to-z Guarantee claims, negative feedback, and chargebacks."

So my question is if this account is recoverable? Any chance of getting the ODR back below 1% other than selling (which I can't do)?

It is, as long as the email doesnt say we dont want to deal with you again... If you read anything like that you will know what im talking about. Otherwise you can always appeal it with a good plan and see what happens.

As Gamefreak said as long as they did not delete that account nor said that they want to stop communications then you should be able to submit plans of action.
While you prepare and submit your plans it is vital that you have no issues with new negatives/A to Z as this could kill the account. Try to get more positive feedbacks in by following up recent sales. Also try to resolve any existing issue and negative/ A to Z this should also help and bring down your ODR.
Good Luck
