can I use my old buy account if I go stealth

Can I use my old and current Amazon account (for buying only), if I go stealth on Amazon?

I used the e-mail address of my buy account to create a sellers account. That sellers account got banned.

You can but not from the same ip/ computer set up. It can be a little risky as people forget to change the setup and it gets them banned
