I just remembered something important, is this possible!?
 

I just remembered something:

- I have a family member (nephew) and he lives only 1 km away from us. I see him everyday and I am 100% sure that he would let me use his computer, at his home, to create a new Amazon account. I am 100% sure that he doesn't have an Amazon account already and I have never logged in on Amazon on his computer.

Can I use his computer to create a new Amazon sellers account?

I have read the Amazon Ghost book, but I don't like the MAC address & IP address changing part, it looks very hard and I am not much of an IT'er.

And I'll also be able to use his address and name. I will buy a new prepaid creditcard and use my parents bankaccount or open a new one.

You are going to want to avoid using info for any family member, girlfriend, good friend, etc. It isnt a good idea for taxes or a long term solution, and many other reasons. You and only you should be in control.

As mentioned, it should work but not a good idea. If its only s few items short term that's fine but you can't run a business from an account under a family members name. Paying taxes is just one of the reasons

Using comp is finr but go with stealth info rather than his identity

Ok, so what you are saying is:

- I can use his computer and IP address because it is clean and I won't have all the difficulties of changing my system and IP address, but I should use my own name (or nickname that looks like it).

Could I use his home address if they ask for it? :)
