Have you looked in the marketplace? 123 sells ip addresses "for almost every country". I'm. To sure how it works but is only 10 dollars. For the last time you do not need to,worry about MAC address, there is no way any website in the world can see this without you downloading some software to let the,.

Not on google, in these forums. The seller is 123. Look under marketplace/ebay accounts for sale and he is offering ip addresses.
