I wanted to chime in and say that I know because, on two of the accounts that I this year that got deleted I made sure to save the link to the Storefront (before they got deleted) so I could SEE what the customers would say (since I knew none of them would be getting their items and would eventually leave negative)
... and most all of the negative feedback said that when they tried to contact Amazon about what happened to the seller, Amazon would say that the " seller left the platform" or " the seller is no longer on the Amazon platform" ( Amazon seems to love the word platform when describing their marketplace)
