Need help with printing 100+ shipping labels.

Ebay is ok so far it is easy to print multiple shipping labels without a subscription, but how is amazon done? I am tired of printing each label individually and having to click next 100x then click print label.... I recently became a Featured Merchant and have to solve this issue right away. What options do I have other then a subscription to stamps.com, etc.?

This is my problem as well. Don't know.

As far as I know there isnt a time saving way with our available resources. I am sure for large physical stores that sell on amazon there is, since they have a warehouse with hundreds of people, and I wouldnt doubt if they were printed automatically and that hand picked and packed.

If you think 100 is time consuming, try 500+ a day with only a couple of people doing everything. I agree the worst part is printing the labels, but at the same time you do not realize how good you have it, until its gone. I dont think you are b!tching as much as just looking for a faster way, but I have not found one personally.

If your Amazon account is a paid account or Pro Account at $39.99 then there is a way.
You can use Shipworks but it is not free either.
It downloads your orders directly from Amazon and then prints labels, uploads tracking and all kinds of other cool things.

ShipWorks Shipping Software for Your Online Business

It takes TONS of time from processing Amazon orders.

I thought I read on here somewhere that amazon does not like any other 3rd party than stamps.com

Stamps.com is free they have their own software although shipworks with stamps.com is a lot better...

alex068 12-09-2012 02:36 PM

its free the $15 a month is to print shipping labels with a label maker if you print with a printer there is no monthly cost.

So let me get this straight.... If I print my labels with my normal printer its free, but to print with my zebra printer it will cost me 15$ a month?

Gamefreak 12-09-2012 03:27 PM

Well think about it, you are paying amazon 7 cents per label to print from amazon.com. If you are printing 200 labels a month its FREE. Most sellers easily print 200 easily labels a month no problem.

Honestly I feel like a total idiot ..... I didn't want to subscribe for it because I want to be as economic as possible even if it means putting a little more work into it .....

totally forgot that amazon charges an extra $0.07 for each label which I didn't think was such a big deal at first.....

Now calculating it basically any one that has an average of at least 8 sales per day is losing money and putting more work into there job for no reason.

So for not wanting to pay that extra 15$ per month I'm losing valuable time & ~$195 per month

TEAPPLIX

its great.
Links with Amazon and all sku's will automatically stamp on the bottom of every label to recognize item. plus you can link 16 paypal accts, 1 amazon acct, and many other marketplaces all on one shipping acct. Way worth it.
I have done stamps, and shipworks. TEAPPLIX all the way.
My II cents

as far as i know stamps.com is 15$ a month and there is a free edition but they limit you to like only their 3day and less shipping. no first class or media mail etc. printers have nothing to do with cost as far as im aware. im using the free edition.

I was told because it is a web based there is no issue with linking.
I spoke with a rep at teapplix and they said there is no way to link az or pp even with multiples. I currently only run 1 az acct and 2 pp accts on mine without issues, however I am no expert on the linking side so I would do some research first or just contact them and they will fill you in. I was just recommending it for a shipping solution. I print 200 labels at a time. Takes about 5-15 minutes for 200 labels and they all have the item sku printed on the bottom.
Good Luck

I have to say HBZ THANK YOU by far the best program for shipping items found so far..... seems pricing but looks like it is well worth it!

Teapplix pricing is based each month on number of orders processed:

Packages Monthly Fee
0 - 100 $14.99
101 - 1000 $29.99
1001+ $49.99
Multiple Channels

If you integrate multiple e-commerce channels into one Teapplix account, like an Amazon account and an eBay account, you will be charged separate license fees for each accounts that exceed 1000 orders a month. Channels with 1000 orders or less are all grouped together and counted as one license.

Free Initial Consultation

We also offer a free one-hour phone consultation to help you get started quickly. Additional phone consulting services will be charged at $45 per hour.
