is there a way to open another Amazon account
 

hi, I'm new here, and already have some questions:

I own a company that is registered in Delaware, I already obtained a new EIN under that company name that i used with one amazon account that was recently banned...I'm thinking about obtaining yet another EIN with a new name...will Amazon be able to link it (since the IRS will know that both EINs are linked to the same SSN/company registered in DE)?

if not, and it works, I'm planning on getting a new bank account under the new business name, along with a bank card that I would like to use to confirm the new Amazon account:

Will I be able to register Amazon Sellers Account under the new Business name ONLY, without using any real name?

Or should I apply for a new business license instead? (in a different state) ?

(I will be using a new computer, cellphone, internet access, street address etc)

The account that was blocked on amazon was making 40-50k+/month and I would like to be able to legally claim it along with my ebay accounts for tax purposes...

Amazon probably won't link the business name to the old account, unless it was banned very recently, and you are doing exact same products, e.g. you get linked for some other reason. That said once an account with an EIN is toast the EIN is toast so keep that in mind and don't make the same mistakes.

Amazon will link the business name. They link everything. They have their robots check everything. DONT RISK IT. They also check your listing habits. LIST SLOW. $750 limit. ect
