Is the sale of digital Software on Amazon allowed? If so how would I go about and create the sales page?

Think it has to be something physical that can be mailed...I could be wrong though

Unless it is coming directly from the source (manufacturer or company) I would guarantee your account to be suspended within 24hours.

Not on Amazon, unless it is real deal from manufacturer. You can on eBay if you want to deal with hassle, as they aren't too keen on software sales in general. Will need to ship physical item though.

amazon doesnt allow the sale of ANYTHING digital by US. Its actually in their TOS
