How can i send a Email to all 1,000 customer at once?

You can not do that. You are also risking your precious amazon account with so many late shipments. I would consider to give the customers something, a small gift or refund shipping fee.

hire a friend or two and work 24 hours til you get it done. if you ship by now it will still get to people before the holidays. that is the ultimate goal
