I never tried it, but will it work with Bank of America, if my real name for example is George Washington, but on Amazon I gave Thomas Jefferson as account holder, will I have problems with withdrawing money to the account?

BOA is the perfect bank for stealth. That don't care how they receive money, just that they do receive money. Mismatch names work without any problem.

Agree with Fm888 - Bank of America is one of the best - I will also add that is a good idea to make good relations with your branch for future endeavours Be courteous and have savings account - build good ties.
