Question about deleted accounts for both amaozn & amazon UK
 

q1) Does the Amazon UK site send money to you after 90 days if they ban you (i.e your account i suspended but NOT deleted)? Regardless of what you sold , or what your feedback is?

How consistent or good are they at doing this?

q2) I already have my bank linked to my amazon account. After 90 days do I have to email them to get them to send money? Or will they do it automatically?

1000% depends on the circumstances of the suspension.

I heard they dont send it if your account is deleted or if you sell phakes, is this true

My account has not been deleted and I have not sold ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Although am worried that if my account gets banned within those 90 days a buyer may complain or open a-z claim or say i sold phake (very unlikely), how will that affect

Yes - if deleted, money wont necessarily come in - some people have said it does but I highly doubt that.

Good question - if a buyer opens A-Z claim or say you sold phake, who knows? I suspect that Az can still delete your account based on previous dealings.

All I can say is wait and dont link other accounts

have you have past experience say on amazon.com, did they send the money even if they deleted your account or somone files a-z claim or said item is phake?

They will not do that - if you have a bank on file, money MAY be deposited but most of the time, it is lost - or they send check to the address (others please confirm...sadly I used stealth address so received nothing).

so addresses i have on file are real.

So even if you have a-z claims, and bad feedback, sold phake e.t.c, after 90 days their is a chance they will send money so long as you have a bank on file?

I am not sure if any of us can really reasonably say that a refund will always happen.

Here We Go Again has had a substantial amount of his funds kept for ever.

Be caught selling phakes on amazon and your hopes of refund are rather low.
That is one thing I do know.
I would like to post more encouraging news for you.

But you have to be realistic right from the moment an account gets into trouble.

Ok here's my experience roberto since you dont seem to understand that Az is TOUGH and nothing is 100%...

1) I havent - few accounts have become deleted with no money in my pocket.
2) I dont sell f*kes - if you do...then you have your own problems :( sorry to hear.
3) I have seen few people who have - few posters on the forum have received but that is in a section for subscribed people only.

are there any ways to fight for your stolen money, since you send items to clients, money belong to you

You can try to fight it vetagor.....but good luck, amazon doesn't like to respond to anything you do. I hope more people will open BBB cases against then as BBB states on their website that amazon has a tendancy to delete accounts without paying people and I am hoping if more people complain maybe something could get done

BBB gets you nowhere - you would need to have some legal help from what other users have stated. Get some legal letters going

My friend got suspended from amazon after one buyer complained that a video game he sold to him was a phake. He was really big on Amazon around the time yet he got suspended (with over 300 feedback).

He got Most of his money after 90 days. Amazon refunded all A-to-Z claims raised within that 90 days and sent whatever was left to his bank account.

@Dini, yes because he did not get his account deleted in all likelihood.

So if amazon deletes your account here in the us will they still send the money or it a for sure gonner?
