Amazon refund pending forever
 

I refunded some buyers extra refunds/concessions (amazon allows at least £30 extra refund on top of what customer paid)

But its been saying pending for "40 hours now" and some of the pending one no longer says anything, it just gives me option of refunding again. No doubt if i tried refunding again same issue would happen.

Has amazon put limits on refunds, has anyone experienced this before? whats the longest a refund can take before you get the "refund initiated" email message. So far longest its take in 9 hours, 40 hours seems too much

If i click the item number it says:
Its been like that for 40 hours :(

so whats the maximum you can refund at one time?

I refunded about 5-15 people because of Christmas late shipment.
