Amazon Prompting Security Question on Login on Buyer Account

Was trying to access one of my buyers account and it prompted entering either my phone number or billing zipcode for access. Basically said never saw me login from this computer before and wanted to make sure it was me. Anybody run into this before? Another way of trying to link accounts?

I did for an old account but could not find the info so i moved on. my other account same thing but had the info. walked right in..
