Banned after a month!

Exactly a month after I made my account. I appealed with a kiss-ass email and a plan of action! They still had me blocked because I was selling prohibited items. I found out those prohibited items were the carrier refill PINs i used to send by email. I was selling T-Mobile, AT&T, Virgin, Tracfone, Boost, Straight Talk Cell Phone refill PINS at the cheapest prices on amazon, probably all the other sellers of the same things hated me. I want to get back on Amazon, but I cannot afford Amazon Ghost... There is no second Appeal button. I need your help what can I do now!

astralman 01-11-2013 11:57 PM

I learned a lesson. Sell always at the same price as others. I think you will still make sales.

Not always true... Dont forget that Amazon also sells their own products on their site. If you are selling the same product that Amazon is selling and you only have 1000 positive feedback while they have 283,786 positive feed back, who do you think the customers are going to buy from. And if you sell your product for a few pennies less than theirs, well, you are going to get banned. This happened to me not too long ago and they are holding $2300 of my money for the next 180 days. I had 100% positive feedback and was rated as excellent with no faults, yet they never gave me a reason for the suspension. It always seems like the big fish is always out to eat the little fish.

If your cash flow is that bad you cannot afford the few bucks this guide costs i really think you need more than a stealth guide .

mariowwe 01-12-2013 01:49 PM

My cash flow was good, they are holding it for 90 days,
I invested all my money in products to sell on amazon, now running bills are due, they are holding all my money, I can't afford to go pay more money! Is there anyway I can just get my money quicker, I don't have to get back, I just need to pay all these costs due..

If you can't afford the book then take a few hours and scour the site or search google.

mariowwe 01-12-2013 02:05 PM

Is there any possible way they can pay me earlier, if I call or anything

bruceuk 01-12-2013 02:08 PM

My cash flow was good, they are holding it for 90 days

Firstly
this is not cash flow it is projected income .
Until it is in your account then it can be accounted for .
Secondly
never invest all your money !! why would anyone do this ?

As above poster has stated if you want a general brief outline browse the site .
If you want a more detailed instruction manual get your hand in your pocket .
Sorry i dont believe anyone selling online should not be in a posistion to find $40 or whatever it is ??
How would you fund a decent order ?

mariowwe 01-12-2013 02:13 PM

It was a mistake, a very big mistake, selling online isn't always profit, It was a lesson learned, I don't want to get back on amazon, I just want my payments! That's all I want, what can I do??

No way to get your funds back without waiting. I've been limited 3x, twice PP returned my monies after I waited 90 days (chargebacks, refunds, etc...).

I called after 90 days and begged them. It was serious money, over 10k each time.

Wait 90 days then beg them to release.

Start making new accounts.

mariowwe 01-12-2013 02:24 PM

This isn't pp in my case though, it's amazon

Amazon is worse than PP, so there's your answer.

bruceuk 01-12-2013 02:31 PM

I did spot Roscoes blunder.
However the fact of the matter still remains .
You will just have to wait .
Although he posted as a PP comment facts remain the same they are both similar in there actions .
All monies are not yours until in your hand .

Do they have a right to hold the money I made for 3 months ? I don't think so.. I need to pay all the bills it cost to run this business!

You have not read their terms & conditions.

amazon can and do make their own rules.

If they decided to hold monies they will.

I know it makes your life very hard.

trying emailing them but do not expect a favorable result.

for a seller struggling like you, amazon have hundreds not having troubles. They will be the ones to succeed.
amazon or ebay or paypal are not running charities.

Thread is for Amazon.

Should be able to afford the Ghost guide via trial pay.

You cannot do much now for your account unfortunately.

homerz 01-13-2013 10:55 AM

you will not get your money sooner than 90 days, you have to deal with that reality.

tell me, and tell everyone else, whenever did amazon start to hold funds for 180 days?

2/3 of your post is not applicable to the thread.

. You are right, it is my mistake. It is NOT 180 but 90 days. I just went and checked my Suspended Amazon account and this is what it says:

Closing Balance
$2,299.15
Total balance
-$2,299.15
Unavailable balance What's this? View reason:

Closed or suspended account

For terminated or suspended accounts, funds are typically held for 90 days to cover any refunds, chargebacks or A-to-z Guarantee claims. Funds will be disbursed on the next settlement date after the 90-day hold has passed.

GreenBean 01-14-2013 12:53 AM

for you, epain, there may be a glimmer of hope. Those funds could be refunded.

I hope you have the calendar marked to count down?

:peace:
