| Vetragor | 01-15-2013 03:50 PM | is there a way to add money to Vanilla Visa card is there a way to add money to Vanilla Visa card? I went to local Wallgreens today, they said they can't add money to this card |
you can't add funds to it |
| Elijah | 01-15-2013 04:21 PM | To add funds to a card, it needs to be re-loadable. These "vanilla" cards aren't so it's not possible. |
| Vetragor | 01-15-2013 04:26 PM | can I upgrade this card?
I got e-mail from Amazon, that they will charge my credit card for 39.99 merchant account fee, is there a way to tell amazon to charge this fee from my sales on the account |
| GreenBean | 01-15-2013 04:41 PM | amazon want to use a credit card for that, not from funds of sales. |
| Vetragor | 01-15-2013 04:43 PM | what can I do then,
can I call onevanilla and ask them to add money to my card?
can I add another card? |

Once you put a new card in, Amazon's system charges that card (not the old one)
I know this 100% for a fact because I've personally done this a couple times on quite a few accounts ... |

| beaches | 01-15-2013 11:34 PM | order a myvanilla instead. |
| Vetragor | 01-16-2013 01:18 AM | What about green dot? |
| barrycruan | 01-16-2013 05:53 AM | Amazon take the payment from sales if there is enough money in there. This is definitely the case in the uk as I have emailed them to confirm. Maybe ask seller support as I'm pretty sure this is the same for amazon.com |
| Vetragor | 01-16-2013 11:00 AM | I think I saw charge 39.99 with other fees that they take from sales
may be first month is different
I just checked I have exactly $40 on that card and they didn't take test charges, I don't see them, so if they apply test charges + $39.99 I will not have enough money or they will not take test charges |
| barrycruan | 01-16-2013 12:33 PM | The test charges do not show up on the statement, they just check to see if the money Is there. They also mentioned in the email that the first month is free and I will be charged 1 month after my account was created for the pro merchant account |
Put a new card on the file - should not cause problems.
Not sure if Vanilla Visa has a reloadable card - there are some prepaid cards that are reloadable but the fees are bad. Much easier to buy a large amount card and keep buying new ones. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 11:28 AM. | |
