Flat Rate VAT and Amazon Seller in UK

Hi Guys, I'm wondering whether any of you would know if one registers for VAT and opt for flat rate scheme, amazon would stop charging VAT on all the service fees? I tried ask Amazon and the seller support guys are not sure.....

no, they will still charge VAT as far as i know. you have to claim back from HM.
