Credit card information claimed to be invalid

"The credit card information registered to your seller account is invalid. You will have limited access to your seller account until you provide valid credit card information" I got this alert today, after they sent money to my bank account

I used one vanilla card for this account, what kind of card do they want from me. What should I do

Vanilla card still works so get a new one asap. Or try a bank-banked cc or a cc from seller here.

What about if I am going to give them real credit card with different state zip code, can they check names on card?

If its anything like paypal CCV then all they check are numbers on the address and zipcode. If they are more thorough then they will check everything.

Can you guys please tell the Expiration date and first 6 digits on your Vanilla card? It's important to know why some people get the same alert message and other don't. I think people who got that message because they may have used the same EXP date and BIN ( first 6 digits) on the card. We need to know it, so we can avoid to use it in the future.

Has the card got funds on it.If amazon have done a test on the card and its been declined then they will reject the card.

As Micky H said, was there a balance on the card?

That can be a message from amazon.

Not heard of one vanilla not working.

Good Luck

That will fail the AVS.

The address digits and ZIP code need to match your stealth information. AVS verifies the following IN BLUE:

John Smith
123 Main Street Apt 47
Anytown, USA 45678

Also, GreenBean is dead-on with leaving a balance on the card. I have heard they sometimes test for $5. I always leave $10 on the card, just in case. I have also bought VCC's from sellers here and have never had a problem with those.

Is that for paypal too?

Yes, the Vanilla Visa's AVS will verify whatever information you put in. It makes no difference as to WHERE you use it.

Did not know:humble: Before finding this forum and using my "own" ways for paypal, I would get debit cards sent to office spaces I knew of that were empty, so in theory they would be sent back to the bank but I would then have a vaild card for a sealth account :)

Makes it easier.
