hi everyone

ive only just set up a new account on amazon.
ive never ever used the site before.
reason was i thought amazon was too small too sell on with hardly any traffic.
ive looked at a few photos on there of people selling there goods and when they have uploaded there own photos there all dated back in 2009 and yet they still havent sold there items.
anyway
ive just registered to sell with them using all my correct details.
i got to the stage of entering my card details and it wont accept it.
afterwards i realised they wanted a credit card and not a debit card.
i have a bad credit history so i cant get a credit card but ive heard about these prepaid cards.
so are prepaid cards credit cards or debit cards

ive had too register my bank card with them but it didnt work so i was thinking off putting my dads bank card down instead. (not a credit card)
can i do this or will they think something is wrong

They are credit cards. If you are in the UK as your flag suggests, you can look into 3v prepaid cards as an example. Other UK folx may have other ideas too.

Had to add the they do say debit cards but for the purpose of Amazon, they are looked at as credit cards (the prepaid ones that are not attached to your bank account...like a normal debit card).

That's kind of funny, considering they're one of the biggest companies in the world.

They will take a debit card. That's what I have on my primary, non "stealth" account.

If you have to have a credit card, and you have bad credit, you could go with a secured card. Or as you said, a prepaid gift card.

Using family members or friends anything is a bad idea. There are lots of ways to get the things you need in order to do business under an alias or in an anonymous fashion. I strongly urge you to not use your fathers card (even with permission).

My test account went in to review, i got a email from AZ claiming that i sold items fast and had no feedback. I sold three item, this was new account. Value is £90, £32 each item.
I have no feedbacks, so what it the best solution for this review?

Thank you, so it is just the case of feedback, not my GHOST account set.
It is so hard for buyers to leave feedback.

I hate this process.
