Best scenario for Stealth account.
 

Seems like the best thing to do is to open a Amazon buyer account first since they will not ask for tax id right away. Then open a regular seller account after a little while, and start selling slow before upgrading to a Professional seller account. What are your thoughts?

Also, is it true that Amazon does not require tax info at signup if you just sign up for a regular seller account?

So if you just do a regular seller account they won't ask for it until you go over 200 transactions or $20,000?

I've noticed they ask for it often, when under review. There are many other reasons they ask. For example, if you have bad credit and are selling high risk items, they may give you the boot.

There are no set rules for when they ask. I can assure you that you will need it when under a review and that can come pretty swiftly

I will be ready. Going with an LLC in Nevada using incorporate.com. At least this way it will buy a little time and if they suspend the account then I won't waste an LLC.
