amazon banned ? few things to cleared up
 

hi
amazon banned only few mins after selling.
1. it's old laptop which had account banned before ,but i changed mac address.
2. I am in china , asked them can I register account in china by using my UK details , answer is "yes"
3. Vcc is empty , no fund inside.i guess amazon possibly go to charge it .
any other idea ?

Could be any and all of those 3 things. You really need to do some more research.

The laptop could have been linked if you used it for a banned account. You need to use a new computer or learn how to use the old one and not get linked via cookies. Also it's the computers ip that you need to change not the mac. Did you make sure you had a different IP address?

If the vcc is empty this could have lead to the account being banned. Amazon take a test payment off the card to make sure there are funds.mthey don't actually take any money but if the balance on the card is zero you will fail.

Being in china could also have been a problem but I'm not really sure about this one.
