Why is it that if/when Amazon DELETES your Seller Account ...

they outright LIE and tell buyers (who try to contact you on the whereabouts of their orders) that "the seller is no longer on the Amazon platform" or that "they do not sell on Amazon anymore"

... as if we decided to up and leave Amazon

Why?

They are even more powerful than ebay.

They know they can say whatever they like to buyers & those buyers will believe them.

Control Freaks big time.

On a similar note, does anyone have a copy of the actual letter Amazon sends to buyers when they try to contact a deleted seller?

I'd like to see word for word exactly what Amazon says in it ...
