Hello everyone! After long problematic issues going on with my Amazon account I've decided to go stealth. Although I had a few questions before I start the process.

1.) Does the Bank Account Name Matter?
I've currently opened a new bank account with my legal name, although I'm wondering if I should put my real name in the Bank Account Holder Name or just place my initials, or does this really not matter.

For example: If my legal name was Donald Duck, yet I put my middle Initials Donald L. Duck, would that still be viable?

2.) Does the address on my bank account matter?
I've been somewhat confused on this matter. I've researched this topic and have seen that in some cases it doesn't matter although in others it does. I just wanted to clarify on that topic.

It's up to the bank if they will take mismatched name. The address doesn't matter because AZ does not ask for it.

1. Depend on the bank. Who do you use?
2. Bank address does not matter but best to be same City and State

A lot depends on the bank - if it accepts deposits in stealth name, you will be fine. Address on the bank account is unimportant.

With anything stealth, the choice of a bank to use is what matters down the line.

Thanks for the quick replies! Currently I am using Wells Fargo, would there be any issue with that bank?

As I remember, WF is OK for mismatch name.

I have a Wells Fargo account that I was unsure if I could use. Please let us know if you get a deposit with mismatched name.

Looks like it is hit or miss with Wells Fargo. So what happens when a bank refuses a deposit because of mismatched name? Do they hold they deposit in limbo? What does Amazon do? Just ask for another bank?

I have been using WF with no issues.. just name ea account with a nickname to match your stealth name..

Still want to know what happens when they reject a deposit suspend your Amazon seller account or does this Bank close your account

wf is good, but make sure you go into a branch to open accts, opening too many online raises red flags

I have always used PNC bank and never had any issues. They have virtual wallet account which includes checking, checking reserve and savings so you get three different account numbers. Has worked great for multiple accounts

PNC ok to signup online.

Go for Bank of America _ simple

Wells Fargo is very good IMO. I had 4 different mismatched names on 4 different accounts with them. I even have a long female African name I can't even pronounce as one. Never had a problem with WF.

So, i have a real details account, same bank account name, but somehow it was rejected, the funds went back in my AZ account.

I have to add a new account, does AZ names mismatch matters

IE, with PAYP i have no problems receiving funds with mismatch names, is it same for AZ

somebody mentioned PNC bank , what is this bank, never heard of it.
also does anyone know about One West ?
