Does cardholders name matter

real quick question can i use my credit card( new bank check account, that has never been used on amazon) so that i can verify my amazon account. Would it work if i used a wrong cardholders name (stealth name) instead of the actual name on the card. SOMEone plzz help soo confuseeddd

I think Amazon check for Street Number and ZIP code only. Don't know about the name.

The best option is go to Walmart and pick up a prepaid visa card
