I understand Greendot offers you a Temporary cards to make purchases once you sign up online for your personalized card.

Which other prepaid re loadable prepaid card offers you a Temporary Card, to start using your account while you receive your card in the mail?

every single one, unless you order it online. In online case you have to wait for your original to arrive.
