Multiple Stealth accounts
 

Is it a good idea to setup all your stealth accounts in a different city. Can they link you for two accounts being opened around the same time and being in the same city? Assuming everything else is different with the two accounts.

- I do opened my accounts in another city.
- Why don't do it at different time and different city?

Yeah it seems like a good idea. Just an extra precaution to take. Unfortunately I opened two stealth accounts in the same city about a week apart. Everything else is different including inventory.

Doesnt really matter where you set up your accounts if you operate linkfree. I used to make accounts all over - even had accounts in the same building :)

Issue is always linking.

If you KNOW your own methods are sound, then problems should be greatly reduced.

If you stealth properly you can open on same street, wouldn't create all at same time tho

So agree there.

USA user lost 5 accounts because of the time factor ( on ebay).

Nevertheless a valuable lesson.

Your fine in same city. The problem is usually manual review if one account runs into trouble and listings/info looks too similar to another account.

Other potential issue is competition in hot categories recognize accounts with similar pics/listing types/locations and tries to take you out.
