What if your ODR goes above 1%?

I just got my first A-Z claim......Im pissed. the 20$ item was delievered FEB 28th!!! and they just opened yesterday saying the item was damaged in shipping. They didnt bother to contact me so I guess they know what they are doing...

I didnt even want to deal with it and it would of cost too much to send a prepaid label to have them return it so I just issued a refund.

but my ODR is something like 1/250 so its .39%. All I need is another 2 claims for stupid reasons and ill be over 1%. what happens then?

at that point you have x amount of time to get it below 1% before you are suspended.

amazon doesn't like to play games, makes it very difficult to stealth nowadays, but still possible

I have said this a hundred times on the forum. There is no reason to ever worry about your ODR if you buy small no risk items just to keep orders up. There are many items out there that can be sold at cost or slight profit that will generate 200-500 orders a week. I know many of the Chinese sellers even will take a loss to sell these items for orders. Why do you think you see these sellers that have 84 percent and are still selling? It's because they do this and even with all of the negative feedback, their ODR is still low.

It's not that it's hard, Amazon's entire system is set up to encourage volume sales. I had my acct running great for 4 years.

If your ODR goes above 1%, you'll have 30 days to "show improvement". This is how the big guys that have terrible feedback make it. That ODR is constantly "showing improvement" due to the volume of sales.

Seen quite a few sellers lately with horrible stats still operating - guess their RATE is going up slowly which makes a difference.
