How bad are 4 out of 5 ratings?
 

My new account I sold some USB cables, got 5 feedback all gave me 4 out of 5 ... All did Yes to item as described but wrote stuff like cables works but a little tight or just a word like "ok" or "good" ... My feedback rating is now 4.3 (100% positive)...

How bad is this ?

As long as its not a 1/2/3 you are fine as your rating will only go up

It's not like ebay. 4 means what it's supposed to on the river. 4/5's keep everything in the positive. 3's drop your viewable percentage score to buyers but has no impact on your ODR (Which is the important metric to manage) And of course 1's and 2's negatively effect everything.

So 1 or 2 really no difference ... It's pretty much the same thing

1 or 2 means the potential for problems

Have to keep the numbers good.

4 is good....just worry about 1 and 2's.

If some one left me a feedback saying stuff like..." Counterfiet item" and give, me rating 3 that won't have that much effect on my account as much as a feedback which says "ok" with rating 1 would? Is that right?

Counterfeit, f@ke, bootleg trigger amazon systems NOT in a good way. Those words lead to the listing of that feedback being removed and other bad things happening to the account

but I see sellers with 1-2 months feedback's with words like counterfeit, f*ke etc and they are still selling on amazon..

You are NOT that/those sellers - they may be more advanced in their understanding than you or have other things going on. Tighten up your operations and see if you can get to their status (if you want)

Problem with that is those sellers may already have 'marked' accounts & could be facing suspension.

Suggest looking in say 6-7 months for the same sellers. See what you find;)

In the meantime, run your account well enough to comply with the rules and do well.

I got a 3 rating where buyer wrote -fast shipping ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item returning for refund -
Item was bought from Walmart.com so it can't be ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ... The problem is if I need to present proof of purchase it was bought under my original name, ship to my address which has suspended seller account .... Not sure what to do

Was the item something very popular and hot? Not much you can do - might be that 1) you are not ready to be selling this item or 2) alter the proof of purchase...be creative.

It's better than a 1,2 or 3 but not as good as a 5. :clap:

Seriously don't worry about it. It would be the 1s or 2s that would really get you. As for comments, it's kind of hard to get excited about a USB cable so comments like "ok" etc are perfectly acceptable.
