Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been reinstated

Hello,

One of my account passed the first review and doing OK and today I received another "Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been reinstated" email/notification from Amazon.

I log in to my account to check it out but never see a 2nd review before received this not.

Check my performance notifications and found two of the "Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been reinstated" email.

The second one is 4 weeks after the first one.

Here is the first one:

Hello from Amazon.

We have decided to reinstate your selling privileges while we continue our review of your account.

At this time, we are applying a rolling reserve to funds in your seller account.

The reserve will be equivalent to your gross sales amount for the preceding 7 days. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.

You can view your account balance and reserve amount in the Payments section of your seller account. When your account balance exceeds the reserve amount, funds will be available per your disbursement schedule.

Account reviews are intended to ensure the timely shipment of orders and compliance with our selling policies. Please continue to fulfill orders and list only items that you are able to ship by or before the Expected Ship Date.

We will notify you by e-mail when our account review is complete.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Regards,

Seller Performance Team

And here is the second one:

Hello from Amazon.

We are writing to let you know that we have removed the temporary hold on the funds in your seller account.

You may access your account at anytime to disburse funds. Once a transfer of funds is initiated, the funds should arrive within 5 working days.

We appreciate your patience while we evaluated your account.

Is that mean I pass the rolling reserve?????? or something?

Thank you

You can tell if the rolling reserve was lifted by looking at how much will be deposited.

Based on the second message, it would seem no rolling reserve or hold on funds. Just never assume you are completely scot-free to do what you want - I have seen accounts get everything cleared like this but get suspended later on permanently

I don't get it, could you explain more please.

Thank you

Thank you

Think Kelly means your next disbursement figure will determine if there is still a rolling reserve.

You should know what to expect on disbursement. If the balance deposited is lower, then the rolling reserve still is active.

Oh, I have over 800 in my account now and only 200 can be transfer this week and 600 is unavailable.

Is that the rolling reserve still in place?

If it does, then what is the second email I received for?

Thank you

Yes, otherwise the whole amount would be available for transfer.
