Well I think I read here to keep t least $4 on them. That's just one account, my others have $25. The one with $4 on it is not a reload able card. Would it look suspicious to change the card on file after having the account only open a week? Is $25 enough?

I just checked my three accounts and none of them have had a test charge. Two accounts are well established for a few months now and one has already passed a 30 day review.

You would not be able to see a test charge necessarily...it isnt like a pre-authorized test charge...

Vanilla Visa cost you only less than $30 but you have a $25 on the balance for about 8 years. It is for business to making more money. Just spend it :)

Yea I would think its like one of those $1 pre authorization charges some companies do to validate the card, it'll show as pending but never turn into an actual transaction
