long term ODF , is it counted toward getting baned ?
 

My short term ODF is 0% but my long term is 1.49% ( i got a a-z claim because a customer thought it was the only way to contact me about a scanner she no longer needed after a few weeks )

I have no warning messages in my account health and all the icons show good ( GREEN ) . Can they still ban me for the long term ODR ?

I want to know this also.

They can ban you for anything. If it is just 1 case though you will probably fly under the radar. I would suggest selling low risk cheap items on the account, even at cost, as well as your other stuff to keep your ODR below 1.00

You should be fine, if its only one case.... I had s account with 15% ODR and I was fine because it was only one a-z but then other account got banned where I had .26% ODR but 5 total cases/neg
