Changing Shipping Costs

School me on how to change shipping costs as a seller, the most effective and simple way to go about doing it. I've heard multiple accounts on how to do this like starting an account from scratch and losing your feedback- I want the real advice from someone whos done it. Thanks ahead of time!:hail:

Unless you signed for a professional ( seller central ) account from the start you will NOT be able to change shipping cost.

I'm sure you can request a change while having another account, at least this is what I have heard. I have seen you post this before, but im not sure if this is entirely factual- any other suggestions?

If I change to pro now, I won't have the option to change shipping costs?

NO you cannot upgrade and be allowed to change shipping cost you have to have it from the get go..

I'm not sure where you guys re getting your info. I have three accounts I started as a regular seller and then changed to pro and I can change my shipping.

you sure about that kelly? Unless amazon just change this its been this way for awhile... I upgraded an account 6 months ago and havent been able to change shipping cost

I'm sure about it for the three accounts that I setup over the past few months. Like I said I signed up for normal, then pro and then changed to free shipping. I did it right through the shipping settings.

I believe you do not have to start pro, I have accounts made without being pro to start with, but can now do shipping price table as pro sellers.

as long as you are a pro seller you can change shipping prices

Never upgraded to try yet but this is an interesting issue to clear up

Thought if you sign into Seller Central and look for Reports, then shipping there is/was something there.

Not pro account that I know.

Sorry youve been wrong about this as I thought and gave others in this forum the wrong info.


Upgrading to PRO allows you to change shipping costs, you dont need to start from scratch and you can update anytime to do so.

Hope this clears this all up guys.
