Amazon marking returned boxes!
 

I went to use some boxes that contained items that were shipped back from my suspended account. As I was checking to make sure all stickers were removed I noticed an "S" with a line coming down form the bottom of it in black marker. I looked at all the other boxes of FBA returns from my suspended account and noticed the same thing. I checked other boxes that came back from FBA form active accounts and they do not have this. I know I sound like the conspiracy theorist here buy I think they are marking these "S" for suspended and if you ship these boxes back they will link you to a suspended account. Could someone else please check boxes they have shipped back from FBA on a suspended account to verify please.

I have used boxes came from suspended accounts, and never had a issue... People who unbox these are not trained for such things...

Were they delivered the same day or came from the same location? Maybe its from UPS. I notice UPS rights my street number on the box sometimes.

With the huge bulk that amazon deals in, I very seriously doubt that they take the time to check every single box. I'm sure they get LOTS of different packaging and reused boxes all the time. I would be concerned if it was a barcode, but not about a small handwritten letter.

Any thing written on box by marker is written by the carrier, just yesterday I received a fba returned box which says 'not scanned' and I am sure amazn didn't write it ...

But I like a good conspiracy theory.
