Inactive status

One of my account just get a "inactive status" for not provide tax information

The account just sold 60 items total.

A week before, I got an email telling me that I have to provide tax information if I go over 50 items/year.

The account is stealth in other city, same state. And I have been ban with my real information already.

Please give me some idea a good way to go with.

Another question.

- If the stealth information is John Smith of San Jose, CA. Can I enter the real information like Dan Howard of Santa Ana, CA?

- As long as I stay under $20K AND 200 item Amazon will not send out the 1099K and not report to an IRS?

read your 2nd post. It contradicts what you said in the 1st post.

Amazon have the right to ask for tax info at any figure they want.

You must operate with that in mind.
