Enter wrong banking information :(
 

Hello,

One of my account schedule for transfer last Friday and the $$$ should be hit the bank by now. When I checked, it not there and I look at the account number, OMG I enter the wrong one.

Don't know how this happen but it show the routing number where it should be account number :-(

I just correct it but should I call/email them or just wait till the next transfer date?

How long is that $$$ will put back in my seller account?

Anyone have this happen before?

Had this happen to me in late 2010 - digits were off - funds were returned in about 7-10 days (if I recall correctly) - Az asked me for new bank account. Account survived at that time. When I entered the bank info, I was able to withdraw right away without issues.

it happens, you should be okay, esp if you switched routing and acct number

99.999% likely that your acct number doesn't match a single routing number in the us so it will just be returned

I really don't know what the heck happen to me when I enter the number. Both routing and account is 9 digits long.

This happened to me about two months ago. As mentioned I was fine. It did however mess up my payments as amazon only messages me about this around 3-4 days after the money usually hits my account. I got the money two weeks later in my next dispersment.

Still make sure never to repeat...there is an offchance that you enter someone else's CORRECT bank account number and then...bad news to try and get your money when deposited...
