Owe Amazon money

I owe Amazon money on a suspended account. I have canceled my credit card I have tied to my seller account. However, ther are active cards on my buyer account. Will they charge my buyer cc?

no 'cause I read your thread about the way how to pass the review by (using EIN and wait for the last 2 weeks and use the same EIN again). I was wondering if it let you pass it that way or now you get suspended of because of that matter.

kwikiimart 05-10-2013 11:07 PM

Wouldn't they send the money you owe to collections like how ebay does it?

Kelly441 05-11-2013 08:53 AM

The only reason you have to wait and resubmit is because it says right on the IRS website when you get the EIN that it takes awhile to get in the system for verification purposes.

but did it let you pass the tax review that way? How long ago have you done that? I'm wondering maybe later on Amz will ask you to correct it again.
If you could pass it like that, Then we would do the EIN stealth. lol......

Kelly441 05-11-2013 03:46 PM

"but did it let you pass the tax review that way?"

No, like I explained, after a few days they will say that it does not match IRS databese. That's because it's not in the IRS system yet. It take like 10 days to show up. So Amazon gives you 30 days to do the tax interview again and you just enter the same info and then it will match IRS database.

"Then we would do the EIN stealth."

You have to give the IRS your real information unless you want to lie to the IRS and risk gong to jail.

ifox007 05-11-2013 04:12 PM

Thanks for your clear answer. I thought we could do the EIN stealth or something.

Kelly441 05-11-2013 04:23 PM

You can, it's just your risking jail time if you do. I'd rather give them correct info and pay taxes

ifox007 05-11-2013 04:36 PM

NO NO NO I Wouldn't want to do something illegal to mess with IRS. I just want to find the way to do online business without paying taxes.
- How do you pay your taxes ? you file it online and send electronically?

Kelly441 05-11-2013 04:54 PM

" I just want to find the way to do online business without paying taxes. "

Good luck with that.

I hire an accountant to file my taxes. Need to seek legal advice for how to structure your business and where to structure your business to pay the least amount possible.

No, no AND no.

Anything to do with the IRS means supplying real ID.

Please stop thinking like this and then posting such silliness.

If you have issues with taxes, seek professional tax advice.

Forum is NOT the place to give tax advice.

This is stated in may other threads.
