Making a new Amazon buyer account to prop up feedback

As you know amazon buyers dont leave feedback as promply as ebay buyers. My feedback rating % has gone down due to only 1 netural, the rest are all positive, and I know about at least 20 other buyers who have not yet left feedback. I want to create a new buyer account, use my sisters credit card to purchase a few cheap items on my listings, wait a week then give good feedback and ratings just to prop it back up to 100% I do own a VPS, however I have a dynamic ip address that changes all the time. Has anyone done this before to improve their feedback.

I have done it before, it's a great way to get some quick feedback

ebabe 05-11-2013 10:49 AM

can you share what you did, any tips on how not to get detected

How many feedback r u planing to leave ? My guess is leaving too many feedbacks may look odd to amazon

ebabe 05-11-2013 10:55 AM

a couple, just to get back to or near 100%.

kockedoff 05-11-2013 11:35 AM

Yaa I woud do any more then 5 feedbacks... Do remember u only get one feedback per order...

MICKY H 05-11-2013 08:08 PM

I did this on my Japan account and it worked great, must have done over 200 feedbacks to get the metrics in order. Japanese only seem to leave feedback if something is wrong and did not read 10-15 delivery. The account is now fine as I send 50% stock FBA and this keeps amazon happy.

kockedoff 05-11-2013 09:16 PM

How do you do fba from uk to Japan ?

GreenBean 05-11-2013 10:02 PM

MICKY H has great imagination

Think outside the box for this, kockedoff.

be very careful and I would not suggest leaving more than 2 feedback per account/credit card. A neutral will not affect your account too much so I would only proceed if you are absolutely certain on how to not get linked.

Have you tried messaging the buyer who left the neutral and explaining that in the eyes of amazon this is pretty much a neg. Out of my last 12 negative feedbacks only 1 is still on my account

Kelly441 05-12-2013 07:18 AM

I have had up to 20 feedbacks on an account with no issues so far. It's not something that their computer will catch and it would take a good eye to figure it out if it went under a manual review.

rsot 05-12-2013 07:32 AM

I did an account for Az last year - dabbled with doing my own buyer feedback...it is possible just have to be linkfree

barrycruan 05-12-2013 09:47 AM

@kelly How do you think 20 individual orders from the same account is not suspicious? Of course it is. You were panicking over leaving a lable on an order box yet you dont think this is suspicious behaviour? I have never gone above 2 so you might get away with it but from a common sense point of view I would say this is something amazons computers could pick up very easily.

You would NEED to be sure you are 1000% stealth to do this.

Then seriously think again about doing it.

You are better to endeavour to get feedback from buyers.

What have you done in regards to that?

Bluntly for the sake of feedback this is a high risk.

amazon take no prisoners.

I would not even bother waiting a week. The occassional daft buyer sometimes leaves feedback before they receive item writing something.like "Great! Thx, can't wait to receive!"

MICKY H 05-12-2013 05:21 PM

kockedoff, you do same as UK fba, but you need an agent in Jp to clear the goods and pay import duty etc for you. Hope this helps.

I need to clarify. The 20 feedback were done over a total of 5 different buyer accounts

ebabe 05-13-2013 08:12 AM

Well amazon removed the neutral, so im back at 100% at this time. But I will look at amazon ghost for future reference

Nice one!!

:cheer:

user3657 05-14-2013 08:18 PM

How did you get it removed? I have an A-Z claim that was over 30days from delivery, reason is "received damaged item". I swear I read in Amazon that a buyer has 14 days to report damaged shipments. I wrote amazon but they ignored it.

n8zzz 05-14-2013 11:13 PM

I absolutely agree with GB on this one. I would not make account just to pop up feedback numbers. If you don't mind getting canned or linked or you have a bunch of stealth accounts going and don't give an eff, then go for it. But this is not a long term plan to building a healthy account imo ^^;

ebabe 05-15-2013 06:25 AM

user3657 , I provided proof that the item was delivered to the buyer in the estimated time frame via tracking record. The ticket is to provide proof of your argument.
